The study took part in 93 women aged 18 to 50, which were in a stable relationship and diagnosed sexual dysfunction. Participants were divided into two groups. One thing a week was twice a week for 12 weeks, the other continued his usual lifestyle.

Three months later, women exercise announced significant improvement in all aspects of sexual function, an increase in desire, improved loot, orgasm became easier and more satisfactory, and the pain during sexual intercourse was reduced.
