On the night of October 21, at around 2:50 a.m., a resident of one of the buildings on Grigor Lusavorcchi Street in Vanadzor called the operational control center of the Lori region of the police and reported that the previous day they tried to enter the neighbor's apartment, and at the moment they are also trying to enter the same apartment.
An operational group and a patrol unit from the Taron police department have gone to the address specified in the alarm. The police cordoned off the building, then went up to the roof and found a mobile phone, ling, metal cutting scissors, and construction gloves near the entrance. Continuing the search, the police found a young man hiding near the chimney on the roof. He was arrested and taken to Taron police station. The 32-year-old resident of Vanadzor and the prepared documents were submitted to the Lori Regional Investigation Department.
