"People are complaining about fatigue, insomnia or vice versa, sleeping for 10-12 hours a day, they explain everything" seasonally, "the doctor said.
Among other signs of depression, the psychotherapist also mentioned the loss of joy and irritation of the usual pleasures.
"Dear TV series no longer attract, the guitar is dusted, meetings with friends become a duty. Instead of sadness, irritation, unexpected explosions for minor reasons. This is a common depressing companion among men and adolescents, "said the doctor.
Mutaliev added that another sign of depression may be the persistent physical symptoms without a clear cause, faded pain in the back, stomach or chapter, which are not explained by research. If such manifestations last for more than two weeks and hinder daily life, it's time to apply for a specialist.
The doctor called for the phrases "Gather You" or "the condition of others worse." According to him, instead, it is better to offer assistance to contact the specialist and accompany the visit.
