We have offered Azerbaijan ways to restart our rail infrastructure, simplify border crossing and customs procedures, and provide some additional security mechanisms with full respect for the sovereignty and jurisdiction of both countries. RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan stated this in his speech during the ministerial meeting of the "3+3" regional consultative platform in Istanbul.
