"Taking into account the high level of public interest, I would like to inform the regular complaint about the decision on non-reconstruction of the RA BDP with the disciplinary proceedings of Judge David Harutyunyan.
Violations of Judge David Harutyunyan, a fair and public trial, an independent trial of the Case and an effective means of legal protection by Articles 6 and 13 of the ECHR, have been established by the Facts of Access to the Court.
