"Before making a public open letter through the media, I sent the same application to Mr. Mayor by mail, expecting that the superior will be informed about the activities of the privileged employee and eventually a solution will be given to the issues that arose due to the activities of Arpine Hakobyan in our kindergarten. I hope that my letter will arrive today or tomorrow and I will receive an answer," the author of the open letter, Margarita Hovhannisyan.

Will Mayor Tigran Avinyan meet with the head of the kindergarten who approached him and the person who allegedly obstructed him, Arpine Hakobyan, director of Avan Kindergartens, Avinyan's spokesperson Hayk Kostanyan said that he cannot express a position yet, because Mayor Avinyan is on vacation.

We inquired about the case of child abuse mentioned in Margarita Hovhaninisyan's letter, when it happened, under what circumstances and by whom, and why it had no legal consequences, as she emphasized in the letter.
"On October 28, I received a complaint from the parent community, from a specific group, after which I told them that I was ready to proceed, and I asked if the parents were ready to document the incident with their signatures, they agreed. I forwarded the received application-complaint from the parents with their signatures and attached my application about what happened to the director of Avan district administration, but until now there has been no response.
Recently, I inquired about the process, they responded that there are no grounds, therefore the case was not processed. In fact, they did not contact the law enforcement agencies, this issue was closed within the walls, but on what grounds it was closed, in whose interest, I don't know", says the director of the kindergarten, Margarita Hovhannisyan.
"As a leader, I was not authorized to give a proper solution to this issue, my function is to inform the director and I did it," says Margarita Hovhannisyan.
