Putin and Pezeshkian may discuss Iran's nuclear issue in Moscow

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, who arrived in Moscow on an official visit, may discuss the Iranian nuclear issue with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Esmail Baghai, the official representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Previously, Russia and Iran agreed on a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement. According to Kazem Jalali, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic in Moscow, the agreement, including the clause on respecting territorial integrity, consists of 47 articles and an introduction and will be implemented to ensure balanced cooperation between the two countries.

Iran's ratification procedure for this document involves the government submitting it to parliament for approval.
