The FireScam virus is spreading on the Internet, it is disguised as a Telegram app and steals the personal data of Android users. BleepingComputer writes about this.

The page impersonates RuStore and downloads the GetAppsRu.apk app to victim devices, protected from detection by Android security tools.

After installation, the program receives the necessary permissions to scan existing applications and access the device's storage, as well as the permission to download additional packages.
