"Azerbaijani Airlines" plane carrying out the Baku-Grozny flight was shot down by the Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile complex, according to Azeri.AnewZ:agency, referring to Baku sources.
"For the Azerbaijani side, the situation is absolutely obvious. No one claims that it was done on purpose. However, taking into account the established facts, Baku expects that the Russian side will accept the fact of shooting down the Azerbaijani plane and conduct a full investigation, as a result of which all the guilty parties will be held accountable," the agency writes.
