NATO spokesman Farah Dakhlallah expressed his condolences on the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane in Kazakhstan on the "X" social network and called for a "full investigation" of the incident.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of Azerbaijan Airlines flight J28243, we wish a speedy recovery to those injured in the accident and call for a full investigation," the NATO representative wrote.
On the morning of December 25, the Azerbaijani Embraer 190 plane flying from Baku to Grozny crashed near Aktau city in western Kazakhstan. According to the Federal Air Transport Agency, after the collision of the birds, the commander decided to go to the alternative airport of Aktau.
