The guests were welcomed by Lusine Abrahamyan, the deputy director for museum works of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute. He accompanied the guests to the Armenian Genocide Memorial, presenting the history of the creation of the memorial.

The deputy director of HCTI also referred to the three khachkars erected in memory of the Armenians who died in the massacres organized by the Azerbaijani government in the cities of Sumgait, Kirovabad (Gandzak), Baku in the last century in the Tsitsernakaberd area and the stories of the five freedom fighters buried in front of Hushapat during the Artsakh struggle, stressing the connection between what happened and the Armenian Genocide. :

They honored the memory of the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide with a minute's silence near the eternal fire. The deputy director of HCTI accompanied the guests to Hushapat, in the back of which, in special niches, the mass massacres of Armenians carried out by the Turkish government in the late 19th and early 20th centuries and their protest against the genocide are summarized. the small jars full of soil taken from the graves of a number of foreign public figures, politicians, intellectuals and missionaries raised their voices. The guests heard with great interest about Lord James Bryce's pro-Armenian activities.

The guests also toured the Armenian Genocide Museum, where they got acquainted with the permanent and temporary exhibitions under the guidance of Elen Hakobyan, the tour guide of HCTI.

Before visiting the Armenian Genocide Memorial, representatives of the British media met Edita Gzoyan, director of HCTI, and asked their questions about various aspects of the Armenian Genocide.
