According to the data of the "Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center", the air temperature in the republic will gradually rise by 5-6 degrees on August 23-24.
The National Center for Disease Control and Prevention urges to stay alert and protect yourself from high temperatures and prolonged exposure to the sun.
Reminder:
Avoid direct sunlight between 11:00 and 17:00. The intensity of UM radiation is the highest during these hours.
Clothes
It is advisable to wear thin, light-colored, long-sleeved clothing. Be sure to wear a hat, preferably wide-brimmed.
Use sunscreen.
Wear sunglasses.
Use as much water as possible.
People with chronic diseases should consult their doctor to determine the amount of water.
Wash your hands often.
Pay special attention to food safety.
Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly under running water before use.
Keep the food in proper temperature conditions in the refrigerator.
In hot weather, do not leave food in direct sunlight or at high temperatures.
