The inspectors of the Food Safety Inspection Body discovered a number of violations of sanitary and hygienic norms in the public food facility owned by individual entrepreneur Armine Lagzyan, in the restaurant "Lord" (12/1 Adelyan, Meghri city, Syunik region). This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.

- the design, structure, location of the food facility did not provide hygienic working conditions,
- pollution transmitted from the air, accumulation of dirt, penetration of foreign particles into food is not excluded,
- the periodicity of the processes of destruction of animals, rodents and insects was not observed,
- the structure did not have a separate storage area for washing and disinfecting materials from food,
- the floor had cracks, did not have a smooth surface, was not made of waterproof, non-absorbent, washable materials,
- the windows opening to the outside of the kitchen did not have insect protection nets,
- the bathroom door was not easily cleaned and disinfected, it was not made of materials with a smooth and non-absorbent surface,
- all equipment, tools, accessories and containers in direct contact with food were not properly cleaned and disinfected,
- the catering establishment was not provided with a dressing room for the staff.
According to the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activity of the public food facility was suspended, and a deadline was set for eliminating the violations.
