Termination of support programs for Artsakh citizens has led to serious social problems. Today, thousands of families are in an extremely difficult situation, without stable income, without social protection and without confidence in their future. About thiswroteArtsakh State Minister Nzhdeh Iskandaryan.
"Most people work solely to pay rent, and food, medical care and even basic household needs often go unaddressed. The attached photo shows the complete failure of social policy. This is not only a clear example of the violation of the minimum conditions of a decent life, but also a direct consequence of the termination of support programs. The created crisis is the result of the policy in which the decisions were made without considering the people and without assessing their social and health consequences. As a result, people face not only a difficult social situation, but also serious health problems.
The social condition of the people is getting worse day by day, and the uncertainty and inaction in the state policy aggravates the problems. There is an urgent need to review current approaches, restore or replace discontinued support programs with real, effective mechanisms, and provide coordinated, sustainable solutions. It cannot continue like this. Social indifference cannot and should not become state policy," he wrote.
