Trump has promised to divide Russia and China if he wins the election

Former US president and US presidential candidate from the Republican Party Donald Trump has promised to "separate" Russia and China if he wins the upcoming presidential elections.

He said that in an interview with journalist Tucker Carlson.

At the same time, Trump regularly claims that during his presidency he had good relations with world leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping.

During the meeting with Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in Kazan, Putin noted that the cooperation between Russia and China is an example of how the relations between the countries should be built.

The US presidential elections will take place on November 5. Among them are former US President, Republican candidate Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, who was nominated by the Democratic Party.
