Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that during the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, he discussed international and regional issues, in particular, Ukraine and the Middle East.
"We exchanged views on regional and global issues, including the situation in Ukraine and the Middle East," he wrote on the X social network on Thursday.
Modi emphasized that India supports efforts to resolve conflicts peacefully.
The Prime Minister of India noted that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia provided him with information on the progress of work on "various aspects of strategic and privileged relations".
