As a result of the control measure carried out by the inspectors of the Vayots Dzor Marz Center of the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority, violations of the sanitary and hygienic norms defined by the domestic legislation and the technical regulations of the Customs Union were found in the bread factory owned by individual entrepreneur Tatevik Yeghiazaryan (Vayots Dzor Marz, Jermuk city).
In particular, the opposite or crossing flows of food raw materials and foodstuffs, contaminated and clean property, protection against the penetration of animals, rodents and insects into production buildings were not ensured. the bathroom door was opened to the production building, the personal and production clothes and shoes of the staff were kept in the production buildings, it was not possible to easily wash and disinfect individual parts of the floors, wall surfaces of the workshop, the ceilings were not secure, they did not prevent the accumulation of dirt, the formation of mold and particles the possibility of spillage, some tools and utensils used in production, which are in direct contact with food, were not kept in a new and good condition.
The production activity of the bread factory has been suspended. The supervisor has set a deadline for eliminating the detected violations.
