In particular, I expect to get complete information about the following questions.
1. By whom and how did the competition for the renovation and restoration of monuments have been organized? How many organizations has participated in the competition?
2. How did the organization have been elected to renovate?
3. The winning organization in the Evalent competition has the experience of repairing historical and cultural, and a republican monument.
4. How have the design work been organized, whether the risks have been assessed, a proper study of the monument was carried out in connection with the selection of covering surfaces, recovery methods and materials.
5. Is a project of organizing construction, including all directions?
6. Why did the Department of Customer and the State Authorized Committee, as the State Authorized Body or the "Hayrid", have not implemented their functions to the law on the established project, to prevent damage and torture of the monument?
7. And if the work of inspection, control or authorities has been done on the recovery work started on May 1, then provide the protocols on the removed issues.
8. At the moment, what approach did the ministry take over the culmination project? What solution does it see?
9. What are the responsibility for their officials and responsibilities that have failed? "
