Why did the symbol of the future capitulation reject the offer to stop the bloody and disastrous war of October 19?
By the way, according to Putin, if his proposal is accepted, Shushi should remain under Armenian control, where the Azerbaijani refugees could return, while "insignificant territories in the southern part" were transferred to Azerbaijan. On October 19, during a meeting with extra-parliamentary forces, Pashinyan said that the proposal to end the war refers exclusively to the "5 𐊛 2" version. That is, there was no question of handing over Shushi to the enemy according to the proposal of October 19.
Moreover, on October 19, it was already clear to Pashinyan that the war was headed for defeat. And after all this, he rejected the offer to stop the war with much less human and territorial losses. What was the motive? Is this the result of chaotic management or a conspiracy? I insist once again that all human and territorial losses after October 19 are directly on the conscience of the symbol of capitulation.
