Scientists have discovered the secrets of surviving in the extreme conditions of deeply fish

A group of researchers at the Institute of Hydrobiology of the China Academy of Sciences have discovered the fish of the deep sea to survive in the ocean's hadal zone over 6,000 meters. The study was published in the Cell scientific journey.

The team analyzed the genetic data from the type of 11 deep sea fish, which were collected in the Western and Central Indian Ocean of the Pacific Ocean. Using Deep-Sea Warrior and Striver, scientists were able to study organisms from 1218 to 7730 meters.

The analysis has shown that the fish of the deep sea went to two main evolutionary roads, "ancient survivors" and "new immigrants". The former colonized the deeper zones until the mass disappearance of the clay, while the latter reached 60 million years ago disappeared there.

Scientists have found that all the deep fish living on a depth of 3,000 meters have a very preserved mutation of RTF1 gene. This mutation increases transcript efficiency that helps organisms face extreme pressure.

In addition, the researchers have denied the traditional version of the role of trimethylamine N-Oxide (TMAO) in the adaptation of pressure. Although the TMAO level increases with the depth of fish on a depth of 6,000 meters, this trend is not observed in larger depths.

The study also revealed a worrying fact. High levels of polychlorinated bifenyls (PCBs), such as Synthetic pollutants, have been found in the liver tissue of the liver of the hell. This shows that even the deepest parts of the ocean are not protected from the effects of human activity.
