"I heard the video of Vahagn Aleksanyan, a closed deputy, where he openly admits that corruption schemes in the field of healthcare. Citizens entitled to state agencies in hospitals are deceived, the state order is mastered, and doctors and hospitals are missing illegal money from citizens.
If this is truth, why is the Minister of Health still freedom? Why is it not a criminal case? Why doesn't the government arrest these corrupt officials? The answer is clear, because corruption is systemic, it operates under a pyramid scheme, under the auspices of the elite directly. And the governmental speakers like Aleksanyan are trying to once again decorate themselves that they are "alongside the people", actually hiding their own system's crimes.
What does it mean, "John, be careful not to lose money from you?" In other words, you know that the officials you have appointed are stealing, but you do not arrest them, but tell the people, "Be careful." If your authority is not punishing corruptors, then you are part of that system, and that corruption is derived from your power.
The people will be protected not when the authorities will "warn", but when you will no longer be power. As long as the corrupt ministers, the governors, officials are free to go free, you have no right to reform. "
