Doctor Tigran Khachatryan, who joined the "Offer to Armenia" program, writes on his Facebook page:
The Minister of Health, who until 2018 would have dreamed of greeting the Professor at least from a distance, today tries to criticize him, replacing arguments with PR sarcasm.
Madam Minister, when you decide to read political monologues instead of the real problems of the health care system, one thing becomes obvious.
your PR is high, the results are low. You talk about "having the state's back", but during your administration, doctors leave the system, health workers are overburdened, and the citizen often remains defenseless before the money for treatment.
• You say, "the people have the state behind them." I wonder why that same state forces people to stand in line for months, to pay debts or to organize fundraising for treatment.
• Are you talking about health insurance? Yes, the same system in which doctors are still dissatisfied with low salaries, hospitals with bureaucracy, citizens with access to services.
• You accuse others of "election bribery". But under your rule, people have a problem finding money not for surgery, but even for analyses.
• You make fun of "not having a phone." Or maybe it's just that the Wi-Fi in your ministry doesn't work well, that's why the complaints of patients, complaints of doctors and news about the real condition of regional medical centers have not reached you until now.
• You are talking about the "new Armenian health care". It is in this "new" system that doctors are leaving the country one by one, and experienced specialists are being silently pushed out of the system.
• Millions were spent during the years of COVID, but until now the public has not received a full answer: how and where did that money go?
Instead, people remember very well the chaos, controversial decisions and thousands of losses.
• And you will not cover the pain of war with PR.
The people remember the shameful failures of the state system after the war, remember the images that do not correspond to the dignity of our heroes and the indifference that will never be forgotten.
• And in the end, when the official starts talking with sarcasm instead of arguments, it means that he has no answer to the real problems
