• Yerevan Municipality has made a decision in 2025. From February 1, the city transport tariffs have been emphasized, making it 300 AMD instead of the current 100. The decision on the increase in public transport was made arbitrary and ignores the legal interests of the population of Yerevan.
With the support of only 12 percent of Yerevan's residents, the "Civil Agreement" and "Republic" factions, not by tens of thousands of residents of Yerevan, have decided to introduce public transport prices by means of coercian promises.
• The opposition factions of the Yerevan Council of Elders and many citizens have offered to boycott the rise in urban transport since February 1 and suspend the unfounded increase of the tariff.
