The South Korean court has again issued an arrest warrant for the President of the Republic of Korea Yun Seok Yeol. The Anti-Corruption Investigation Department informs about this regarding high-ranking officials.
"An arrest warrant was issued on January 7, for which the department submitted a second application against suspect Yun," the department informed. A day earlier, department officials filed an application with the Seoul Western District Court for an "order to extend the validity of the detention order."
The previous arrest warrant was issued on December 31 and was valid until January 6 inclusive.
