American singer Chris Brown has received a suspended sentence for an assault in a nightclub. This was reported by Metro.

In 2023, Brown attacked music producer Abraham Diaw. The singer hit the man twice with a glass bottle and kicked him several times when he fell to the ground. The producer was diagnosed with head and knee injuries. In 2025, the singer was arrested and charged with intentionally causing grievous bodily harm.
In July 2026, the rapper pleaded guilty. According to Brown's lawyer, the artist apologized to everyone who was present during the incident.
