On September 27, in New York, RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan and Prime Minister of the State of Palestine, Muhammad Mustafa, signed a joint communique "On the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the State of Palestine".

Decisions on the opening of RA resident embassies were made.

In Cyprus, Hungary, the resident embassy of Cyprus was opened in Yerevan.
