"Trump's new special representative to Ukraine has postponed a fact-finding visit to Kiev and other European capitals until Trump's inauguration on January 20," the agency said.
It is noted that Trump's future special representative for Ukraine and Russia, Kellogg, had originally planned to travel to Kiev to meet with Ukrainian leaders in early January. However, the trip was postponed for unknown reasons, sources told Reuters.
