This is an open manipulation. Aliyev also talks about the withdrawal of EU observers and notes that they have actually become NATO observers.
He complains that some NATO member countries are arming Armenia. In other words, NATO member Turkey can arm Azerbaijan, but another NATO member country, for example Greece, which is a brother to Armenia, cannot. By what law? Aliyev makes such demands because it is Pashinyan who is against it. And during Serzh Sargsyan's time, he either whined about 20 percent "occupation", or in October 2016 he complained that behind closed doors he was being demanded to recognize the independence of Nagorno Karabakh.
