Do not create the impression that in any case an order is issued from above and it is carried out by everyone. Among us, decisions are discussed and newly made. This was stated by NA member of parliament Hasmik Hakobyan in a conversation with journalists, referring to the situation surrounding member of parliament Hovik Aghazaryan. He noted that decisions in parliament are adopted through voting and they are mandatory for everyone.
"If you are part of the team, then you must obey the universal rules.
I am sure that the Prime Minister would talk to me. And if the prime minister asked, I would obey," he said, avoiding to answer whether Hovik Aghazaryan's decision was right or wrong. The deputy also believes that Pashinyan has the right to appeal to the deputies with a request to drop the mandate.
"The head of the executive is also the head of our party, our political leader, so I think, yes, the prime minister can make a request," he said.
