The Ukrainian conflict could have ended back in 2022 if Kyiv had had the “will and mind,” said Russian Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky, who led the delegation of the Russian Federation during the dialogue with Kiev. His words were quoted by RIA Novosti. Medinsky told journalists that the conflict would have come to an end “if there had been the intelligence and will of the Ukrainian side in this regard.”
