What long-term goals does the West have in Armenia with its "anti-Russian landing"? "Fact"

"Fact" daily writes:

The US State Department is thinking about how to prevent Yerevan from leaving the so-called democratic path, according to the message of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service. This message caused quite a stir in both Armenian and Russian media and social media platforms.

Referring to this issue, in particular, the "Republic Square" telegram channel writes that Armenia is rapidly moving on the path of turning into a failed state.

"The rating of Nikol Pashinyan and CP is declining, Artsakh has been surrendered, the foreign debt is almost 13 billion dollars, emigration does not stop, and personnel changes only cause laughter among RA citizens, replacing the bad ones with worse ones. Armenia is rapidly moving towards becoming a failed state, Azerbaijan puts forward new demands every day, and the KPA team does not respond to it.

The socio-economic situation is catastrophic, all sectors have collapsed, unfortunately, the citizens of Armenia do not see a future with Armenia and are emigrating," the authors write and add that Azerbaijan is preparing for a new war, is actively arming itself and demanding the so-called Zangezur corridor.

Against this background, Pashinyan and his team are worsening relations with the Russian Federation, fulfilling the order of the West. And what does the West want?

According to the channel, the West wants to keep Nikol Pashinyan in power in order to turn RA into a "new Ukraine" and create a new anti-Russian platform in the South Caucasus.

"The West wants to strengthen CP and Pashinyan with anti-Russian, pro-Western parties so that this new coalition wins the NA elections in 2026.

If the new government consists of the above-mentioned parties, RA will go towards the EU and NATO at a faster pace, severing ties with the Russian Federation, which will have disastrous consequences for the Armenian nation and Armenian statehood.

Aram Sargsyan's "Republic", Arman Babajanyan's "For the Republic" parties, Tigran Khzmalyan's "European Party of Armenia" and Levon Shirinyan's "Christian Democratic Party" are the "anti-Russian landing" of the West, which have a very low rating in Armenia.

However, with media resources and propaganda, as well as with the support of the administrative levers of the KP, until 2026. these parties will be artificially "grown" in order to present themselves to RA citizens as the 3rd force or opposition to Pashinyan.

In fact, these forces are sister-parties of the Communist Party and have done and will do everything to strengthen the power of Nikol Pashinyan, receiving positions and financial flows for it."
