The Ukrainian Security Service (WHAT) has stated the First Deputy Chief of Staff of the President of the Russian President Sergei Kiriyenko and the acting governor of Kursk region Alexander Khinstein. This is followed by a data base.
Kiriyenko is wanted since October 2024, to justify Russia's actions and "harassment in the territorial integrity of Ukraine." Khinstein is accused of "encroaching on territorial integrity." He is wanted since April this year. At the same time, they are included in the database of "Mirototz" site.
