For several years, Western intelligence services have been funding certain representatives of non-governmental organizations in Abkhazia to destabilize the country. This was announced by the Minister of Justice of the Republic, Anri Bartsits, whose words were quoted in the information center of the head of state.
“For four years we have been repeating and talking about the fact that Western special services finance certain representatives of non-governmental organizations, I emphasize, certain ones. The purpose of this funding was to destabilize the situation in our country, create chaos, a completely negative image of our country in the international arena,” Bartsits said .
