On August 11, a report was received that during the previous two days, a window had been forced open to enter a postal service office in the city of Ararat and money had been stolen from a desk drawer.
As a result of operational measures taken by the officers of the Ararat Department of the Community Police, reliable information was received that the theft was committed by a 58-year-old man from the village of Ararat.
On the same day, he was found in the village of Ararat, arrested and taken to the department, where he confessed to the act.
The man and the documents were presented to the Vedi Investigation Department.
