"Zhoghovurd" daily writes: According to "Zhoghovurd" daily newspaper, the final composition of the government of the Republic of Armenia should be formed by September 3. These days, the government cabinet is waiting to see who Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will re-appoint and with whom he will part ways with. As is known, on August 2, Nikol Pashinyan submitted his resignation from the post of Prime Minister, and on the same day the President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan re-appointed him as Prime Minister. It was preceded by parliamentary elections, as a result of which the "Civil Agreement" party formed a majority in the National Assembly.
According to our sources, after the presentation of the government's program in the National Assembly on August 24, the issue of the full composition of the executive should be clarified. According to our information, the issue of the appointment of the main part of the ministers has already been resolved, but there are no final decisions regarding the deputy ministers and a number of other officials of the state system. Moreover, the issue of involving new personnel in the state administration system is being discussed in the government circles.
Nikol Pashinyan has repeatedly stated that he wants to increase the number of young specialists with international experience and educated abroad in the state system. According to our information, many applications and proposals have been submitted to the prime minister in this direction, which has become one of the reasons for prolonging the process of selecting new personnel. At the moment, employees in a number of ministries are waiting for clarification of their future fate. In particular, the prime minister should decide who will be reappointed and who will be released from their positions regarding the deputy ministers.
In fact, a new round of personnel decisions is expected in the government system in the coming days.
