"Yesterday, we learned that the head of Ajapnyak administrative district, Kamsar Babinyan, submitted his resignation and said goodbye to the staff.
Our sources say that instead of Babinyan, Serob Sargsyan, the former deputy mayor of Ajapnyak, may be appointed as the head of the administrative district.
In 2022, he was the deputy head of Ajapniak administrative district. In order to prove that he did not tell his parents, he appealed to the court against the journalist Lia Sargsyan who made the publication, but the parents who came to the court testified that he had said such a thing, and the court rejected his claim.
Several candidates for the new district head were discussed, but a CP source says that they settled on Serob Sargsyan as a loyal follower of the CP.
Kamsar Babinyan removed Serob Sargsyan from his post immediately after he was appointed district head, now he is actually trying to return."
