The multi-faceted investigation carried out within the framework of the criminal proceedings in the Syunik Marz Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee revealed a number of circumstances of the case of causing serious bodily harm to the director of the SP company by three residents of Kapan, as well as committing hooliganism. 2024 On October 30, at 7:08 p.m., "Kapan Medical Center" CJSC received a report that a 63-year-old resident of Kapan was transferred to them with the diagnosis of "Subdoral hematoma of the right hemisphere of the brain", who was later transferred "Erebuni MC" of Yerevan city. According to the factual data obtained as a result of the investigative and administrative operations carried out by the criminal proceedings initiated by Article 166, Part 2, Clause 5 and Article 297, Part 2, Clause 1 of the RA Criminal Code, in 2024 On October 30, a dispute over personal issues arose between a 63-year-old resident of Kapan community, the director of a milk production company, and a 31-year-old resident of the same city, at a food outlet located in the town of Vayk, Vayots Dzor region. in order to make clarifications, the 31-year-old man went to the entrance of the SP company's administrative building with 31-year-old and 29-year-old residents of the same city. Meeting the director of the company, in order to emphasize their personal advantage, grossly violating the public order, showing open disrespect towards the public, ignoring the presence of the gathered persons, complementing each other's actions, the mentioned residents of Kapan city struck many blows with their hands and feet on different parts of the body of the director of the said company. including the head, depriving the latter of the opportunity to resist and defend himself and causing life-threatening bodily injury.
During the mentioned hooliganism, the mentioned residents of Kapan city also beat the driver of the company's director. and Article 297, Part 2, Clause 1. Detention was applied to them as a preventive measure. An arrest decision was made regarding the 29-year-old resident of Kapan city, the implementation of which was assigned to the relevant department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police.
