The member of "Strong Armenia" claims that Ruben Rubinyan, the candidate for the NA president, showed a discriminatory attitude towards him. In particular, he announced the reception of citizens in the position of NA vice president, Ghazaryan presented himself 5 times, but Rubinyan did not receive him even once.
"On the basis of the decision of the Court of Cassation, a criminal proceeding has been initiated in the Arabkir investigation department of the Investigative Committee, and I am waiting for the chief prosecutor in the National Assembly, who will ask for our consent to include Rubinyan as an accused and, I think, with the motion for a restraining order," said Ghazaryan.
