Esmail Baghai, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, stated that the European Union provided direct support to the United States and Israel in the attacks against Iranian civilians.
Baghai noted that the head of EU diplomacy, Kaya Callas, is a hypocrite when she talks about the alleged human rights problems in Iran, ignoring the targeted attacks against Iranian citizens.
"How can such an unwavering commitment to human rights be so easily combined with the provision of logistical and technical support for deadly attacks against the Iranian people, which are deliberately carried out against civilians and national infrastructure," Baghai wrote on his social media page.
He emphasized that Kallas never expressed regret for the death of Iranian children in the attacks, which, according to him, the EU supports.
