The Central Command of the US Armed Forces (CENTCOM) struck the territory of Iran for the 13th time during the night. According to the statement released by the CENTCOM, the purpose of the operations is to hold Iran accountable, as well as to reduce the threats posed by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to international commercial shipping.
According to the Iranian IRNA and Tasnim agencies, explosions were heard in at least 10 cities of the country. It is reported that two people were injured as a result of the attack on the city of Bender Abbas in the south of Iran. Earlier, US President Donald Trump announced that he is considering the option of delivering a "stronger blow than ever" to Iran.
