The US House of Representatives has passed a resolution on Iran powers aimed at limiting President Donald Trump's powers to initiate military action against Iran without congressional approval.
214 MPs were in favor of the adoption of the document, and 208 were against it. According to CNN, four Republican congressmen also voted in favor of the bill.
It is noteworthy that even if approved by the Senate, this resolution will not be legally binding for the US administration from the point of view of ending the war, as it expresses only the position of the Congress and does not have the status of law.
