"At this stage, we are still satisfied with the Court of Appeal's decision. Later, when we get the reasons, we will see. I think we will file a cassation appeal on the grounds that the Appellate Criminal Court could also have acquitted at this stage, instead of sending the case for a new examination," said Papoyan.
As for replacing administrative control with house arrest, the lawyer responded: "Regarding the administrative control, the court made only 2 observations, that Mr. Hambardzumyan undertakes to appear once a week at the probation service of his place of registration and to appear and sign accordingly.
