The EU must get rid of its inferiority complex and increase military production if Donald Trump wins the US presidential election, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barro has said.

"Europe must overcome its inferiority complex, wake up and become stronger. This is a simple idea that France has been promoting for 7 years, and now the time has come for it to be implemented," Barro replied.France 2:TV when asked if he feared cuts to EU defense and military aid if Trump won.

According to him, France is ready to work with any US president.
