Since the start of the military operations, 41 citizens of the Republic of Armenia in transit in the territory of Qatar have established contact with the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Qatar, with whom the relationship is permanent. This is reported by the RA MFA.
"For 38 of the mentioned citizens, who were traveling through "Qatar Airways", all conditions of accommodation and food were provided by the airline. - Two of the citizens needed medicine. the relevant support was provided by the RA Embassy in Doha.
On March 6, a discussion was organized at the embassy with the participation of all RA citizens remaining in Doha. The needs were assessed by the embassy.
There are 3 more citizens in the territory of Qatar, in whose case possible return options are also being considered.
"The flight to Yerevan is currently included in the schedule of March 9 of the Qatar Airways company," the message states.
