"Our demand is that at the meeting with Ilham Aliyev, which is expected in Baku in two days, he will demand back all 19 of our hostages from the elder brother of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan," declared Arman Petrosyan, a participant in the 44-day Artsakh war, during the protest.
Those present started chanting "freedom to the hostages".
Then Petrosyan read the names of the hostages in Baku.
The campaigners also had a letter prepared for Vance. The participants of the action signed the letter. If possible, it will be delivered to the addressee.
It should be noted that Nikol Pashinyan made a note not long ago, informing that he is having a private conversation with US Vice President James D. Vance, who arrived in Armenia on an official visit.
