Azerbaijan and Armenia are making sincere efforts for peace in the region. Turkish President Erdoğan stated this, recalling the ministerial session of the "3+3" platform that took place in Istanbul on October 18. In particular, he noted: "Obviously the platform is effective and we want to transform it into an institutional platform."
According to Erdogan, after the end of the war in the South Caucasus region, "a historic opportunity for stable peace has been created".
"We see the efforts of fraternal Azerbaijan and Armenia in that direction, and Ankara will follow the process. Now there is a unique opportunity for lasting peace. We will continue to work systematically with our Azerbaijani brothers," said the Turkish president.
