The Committee still reported that 3 people were arrested during the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings on the case of hooliganism, then released. The case was not the first case in the investigation committee. Back in 2022, the case of a fight with Shant Bagratyan was also terminated as a result of "organized cover" by law enforcement.
