Terrorist threat level increased at Turkish airports

Turkish authorities have raised the threat level at the country's airports to "orange" due to the threat of new terrorist attacks after the attack on the headquarters of the TUSAŞ aerospace corporation. The Hurriyet newspaper reported this on October 24. “Security measures in Turkey have been strengthened after the terrorist attack in the Kahramankazan district of Ankara,” the article says. In particular, detailed inspection of vehicles and document verification are carried out at Istanbul and Sabiha Gokcen airports. Yesterday in Ankara there was a terrorist attack on the building of the Turkish aerospace company TUSAŞ. Explosions and shots were heard at the scene.
