The court session on the building on the Artsakh Representation in Armenia was scheduled for 2026. In May.
The Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit against the Cadastral Committee on July 15, demanding that the state registration of the Government of the Artsakh Republic on the building of the Artsakh Republic in Yerevan.
Saturdays later, on August 5, Roman Yeritsyan, the lawyer of the Artsakh Republic, filed a lawsuit against the Civil Court of First Instance of Yerevan against the Republic of Armenia, particularly the State Property Management Committee, with a donation agreement.
It should be reminded that by the decision of the Prime Minister Robert Kocharian in 1997, the building was donated to the NKR government, and the Permanent Representation as a diplomatic mission is not subject to registration in the State Register of RA Legal Entities.
The people of Artsakh have suspicions that the Armenian authorities are not deliberately accelerating the process of taking away the building from the people of Artsakh, who will probably wait for Aliyev to soften the show.
