Rubinyan-Keelch The next meeting may take place in Turkey


The next meeting of the Special Representatives on the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations may take place in Turkey.

"The date has not been decided yet," said Armenian Special Representative, Parliament Vice Speaker Ruben Rubinyan.

Rubinyan described the meeting with the Turkish representative "positive".

"This was our 6th meeting and the first in one of the two countries, in our country, in the 3rd countries, once in the third countries, this time the meeting took place in Yerevan. This is a symbolic sense, I think the next meeting will be held in Turkey, "he said.

It should be reminded that the sixth meeting of Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kilic, the special representatives of the settlement of the settlement process between Armenia and Turkey took place in Yerevan.

The parties agreed that the relevant bodies of the two countries will conduct the necessary technical studies, the Gyumri-Kars railway and the rehabilitation line.

Rubinyan and Kilic also agreed that efforts to strengthen cooperation in culture and academic spheres, particularly through the joint recovery of scholarships for students of higher education institutions.

Specialists also agreed to implement the necessary work aimed at flying from other interested companies in different directions in the summer of 2026, which will increase the number of air routes and flights between the two countries.
